Our Linux shared webhosting packages are the ideal solution for the online publishing of your webcreations. You have the choice between 3 different packages which fulfill most standard webhosting needs. For most simple applications you'll be set with our "mini" package at a very attractive price. However, if you are in need of more storage space, databases, scriptsupport or support, you can choose for our "beginner" or "standard" packages. Webspace
This means the amount of available dataspace of your webhosting. You can divide this freely over your e-mail, website and databases. You can always extend your hosting package.
Datatraffic
This means the number of gigabytes of text, files and images your visitors can download per month. If this is exceeded your hosting account will not be shut down but the data traffic will later be billed at €0,3 per gigabyte.
Domain Aliases
Aliases can be used in 2 ways: the first possibility is a complete deferral from everything to the main domain: in that case you'll see the same site at www.yourdomain.com en www.yourdomain.be and you can use both info@uwdomein.com as info@uwdomein.be. The second way allows you to refer the name to a subfolder under your main domain. When the visitor visits the domain it will appear to be a separate hosting, while you are just using your regular webhosting package.
Hosted Domains
You can subdivide your webhosting into a number of virtual hosts. This is the basic domain to which you link your databases, e-mails and webspace. Be aware that you can still link other names to your webhosting through the alias fuctionality. You can then refer these extra domainnames to a subfolder on your webhosting.
Subdomains
Subdomains allow you to publish sites on different adresses than www.yourdomainname.be, for example on blog.yourdomainname.be. You can use this subdomain to publish a blog, for example.
POP3/IMAP Mailboxes
This is the amount of e-mail adresses you can link to your webhosting. This way you can create for example info@yourdomainname.be. The size of your mailboxes is unlimited but makes use of your available webspace. You can also consult your mail through the webmail client.
Webhosting with Auto Install Scripts
These are scripts with which you can create and manage blogsoftware (eg. WordPress), forum software (eg phpBB), albums and other (Drupal, Joomla…) in a simple way with a few clicks on your hosting package.
MySQL Databases
This is the amount of hosted databases you can create on the MySQL server for use in your applications on your webhosting.
ASP.NET 1/2/3.5 and 4 Webhosting
ASP and .NET support is possible in the Windows version of our hosting packages.
External MySQL servers
With normal packages the MySQL instance performsin the same virtual environment as your website data and scripts. With our high end hosting packages we offer the possibility to put databases on a dedicated MySQL environment. This enhances performance and availability.
Webhosting with PHP 5.2.x support
Support for PHP, with this you can run scripts which support PHP on your webhosting package. You can also modify current PHP parameters yourself.

Webhosting with Secured Folders
You can set up the folders on your webhosting so that they can only be consulted with a login and a password.

As a standard you can indicate to have your mail protected by our Spamassassin anti-spam function. Succesrate of this filter is +/- 90% and you can adjust the sensitivity. If you wish to have even better protection you can use the Barracuda Anti-Spam with some packages, which will stop 99% of spam messages and will give you a daily quarantine report.

CGI/PERL Webhosting
