Satisfaction survey completed
Today our internal satisfaction survey was completed. Respons was higher than expected: 408 customers filled out the survey. The results will be analysed and discussed in the following weeks for further improvement of our services, and the possible implementation of new services.
A brief discussion of the results and suggestions will be shown in our newsletter.

The customer thinks the following aspect of our services are the most important:

94% of our customers thinks we are customer friendly.
96% of our customers is satisfied with price – quality.
The numbers are approximately the same for all other surveyed items. These results are a big stimulant for our team: we now know exactly what you think of us. Of course the remarks of our unsatisfied customers are equally important: we will take into account the suggestions as we further augment our services.
The winners of the cinema ticket will be contacted personally in the last week of August.
