Reactivating domainnames
When a domainname has expired and you wish to reactivate it there are costs imposed by the administrator of the domainnamespace and administrative costs for the reactivation which are added on. You can read the price as: (reactivationcost if the name is registered at Stone Internet Services)/(reactivationcost if the name is expired with a different administrator). You can only reactivate within a limited period, which can change per domainname-extension.

Domainname Registration Rates
You can link the domainname to the webhost of your choosing and you can manage the DNS en Nameserver records autonomously. You also have the possibility to link the name to one of our webhosting packages or you can use the forwarding + mailbox package at €4 a year to send the name to a different website or webpage.

Transfer of domainnames
You can also transfer your domainnames to us. You can request this here.
Please note: The transferprocedure can differ from domainname-extension to domainname-extension.
For .be en .com names the original domainnameholder will receive a mail with a link to accept the transfer. If the holder's information is not correct anymore the transfer can be round up by fax.
Please note that .com, .net en .org names need to be unlocked with the previous registrar, you need to have access to the EPP code and the names already have to be registered for a period longer dan 60 days. The EPP code can be asked for with your current registrationpartner.
A transfer can take up to 14 days, so begin the procedure on time!

With a transfer the holderinformation is adopted, if the name also needs to have another holder you can contact us at staff@stone-is.com for a trade. A trade of a .be domain costs €9.
